Lite mode: full guide
Lite mode is the hybrid: the same unique AI soundtrack as Music mode, but one visual scene for the whole video. At 8 credits per hour it costs roughly 40% of a full Music-mode video — ideal for publishing consistently.
How it differs from Music mode
- The Idea and Style steps are the same, and every melody is still unique.
- Instead of one scene per track, the AI generates 4 candidate images; you pick one, and it's animated into a single 10-second loop. Not happy with the motion? Regenerate the loop.
- Your chosen loop plays for the entire video while the tracklist changes underneath.
When to use it
- Weekly uploads between your flagship Music-mode videos.
- Channels where a single strong scene is the identity — one café window, one fireplace.
- Stretching a Starter plan: 50 credits ≈ 6 hours of Lite video vs ~2.5 hours in Music mode.
There's no Lite card when you start a project. Start in Music mode: once the video is 2 hours or longer (35+ tracks), the Idea step offers to switch you to Lite mode to save credits — you can accept or dismiss it.
