Licensing, copyright & YouTube monetization

Two separate questions live on this page. What are you allowed to do with generated content? That we can answer clearly: commercial use is licensed. Will YouTube monetize it? That is YouTube's decision alone — and no one, including us, can guarantee it.

What we license to you

• Upload generated videos to any of your own channels (for monetized channels we recommend Music mode — see below).
• Use the music, visuals and thumbnails in your own content and channel branding.
• Publish on multiple platforms — YouTube, streaming backgrounds, socials.

Where the license comes from — and its limits

• Music and visuals are produced through third-party AI providers. Their current terms permit commercial use of the outputs, and those rights pass to you through our Terms of Service.
• "Current" is the key word: AI providers' policies, and the legal landscape around AI content in general, are still evolving. We can't promise those terms will never change. What we do promise is to reflect any change openly in our Terms.
• There's no exclusivity: similar content can be generated for other users, and AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright. We don't resell or redistribute your generated content.

YouTube monetization: no guarantees, from anyone

• Joining the YouTube Partner Program — and staying in it — is entirely YouTube's decision. Meeting the formal requirements (1,000 subscribers, 4,000 watch hours) earns you a review, not an approval.
• YouTube's policies on repetitious, mass-produced ("inauthentic") content target exactly the kind of template-like uploads this niche is full of — and long ambient loops can fall under them. Channels in this niche do get rejected or demonetized. Yours might too.
• So, plainly: we make no promise, express or implied, that content made with Every Mood Studio will be accepted into the Partner Program, stay monetized, or earn anything. Any service that promises that is overselling.

What improves your odds (but guarantees nothing)

• Original value on top of generation: your own concept, curation, titles and consistent positioning — that's what YouTube's reviews look for.
• Melodies here are generated fresh per project rather than pulled from a shared stock library, and Music / Lite modes add real musical variation — a better starting profile than looped stock, but still only a starting point.
• Sound mode is made for listening — sleep, focus, meditation, background. A single soundscape repeated for hours doesn't suit YouTube's monetization rules for varied content, so for a monetized channel we recommend Music mode.
