    Licensing, copyright & YouTube monetization

Short version: content you generate on Every Mood Studio comes with a commercial-use license, and creators monetize videos like these on YouTube every day. Here's the honest fine print.

    What you can do

    • Upload generated videos to your own channels, including monetized ones.
    • Use the music, visuals and thumbnails in your own content and channel branding.
    • Publish on multiple platforms — YouTube, streaming backgrounds, socials.

    What to know

    • Music and visuals are produced through third-party AI providers; your rights are subject to their terms as passed through our Terms of Service.
    • The melodies are generated fresh for your project — you're not sharing a stock library with a thousand other channels.
    • YouTube's monetization decisions are YouTube's alone: channels still need to meet the YouTube Partner Program requirements, and "reused content" reviews look at whether you add original value (your concept, titles, positioning and consistency matter).
    • Mode matters: Music and Lite videos are built from original AI melodies with real variation — the profile YouTube's 2025 policies on repetitious AI content favor. Pure ambience (Sound mode) is best treated as an audience builder rather than your main monetization play.
No platform can guarantee a Content ID claim will never happen — automated matching sometimes misfires industry-wide. If you receive a claim on generated content, dispute it and contact support@everymoodstudio.com with your project link so we can help.
